African Bird's Eye Chilli - Its main ingredient is grown in several countries on the African continent, where the climate rewards this 'Bird's Eye' chili from the Capsicum Frutescens plant, which was carefully selected by the natives who care for each seed, as if wanted to hug whoever is going to taste it.
Mondega supports them, offering these families of very small farmers who practice true sustainable and subsistence agriculture, the seeds needed to produce about 50 times more chilli peppers than we need.
Starting from an ancestral recipe and manually, they use only the best natural products. Patiently, after a period of three long years of maceration, they obtain this unique, clean and smooth product, of limited production. With its exclusive dropper system, you can control the amount you want on your plate.
