Honey Gota Beeblue by Beesweet is a rare honey of flowering berries, mostly blueberry, produced directly in the blueberry crops of the Blueberry Capital – Sever do Vouga.
 
As it is a rare honey, its production is discontinuous throughout the year. It is a unique honey, with a ruby ​​hue, slightly harsh and with a wild flavor.
 
With the support of Dr. Duarte Torres from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of Porto, it was possible to characterize this honey and understand that compared to other honeys, this is the one with the greatest antioxidant and antibacterial power.
