How long have you been in business?

Our project started in 2020 and is now taking action in 2022.
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

We ship worldwide! If you are a Abeezoo + member, we ship at the same day of order, if you order in our schedule. If you are not a member, we will ship in max of 3 days.
Where are your packages shipped from?

Our packages are shipped from Asia, Australia, Europe ,USA and other locations across the Globe depending on the product you ordered.
Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?

Yes, we do. If the costumer can prove the product was damage or malfunctionous, we will be happy to do a return,
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

At the moment, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind, however we can accept a return in case of damage during the transportation or malfunction of the equipment.
